SHIPPING POLICY

Since we make our furniture by order the normal time for the delivery is 2-3 weeks however due Covid our suppliers is taking a quiet long time to send us our raw material which impact in our calendar. In order to schedule the delivery date we will contact you at the moment of you orden.

 

Before delivery, please ensure that the furniture can pass through doorways, stairs, etc. We can help you with this (in Amsterdam). Our shipping service can carry an outside elevator for a reasonable additional cost.

 

There will always be 2 women or men when delivering orders over 30 kg. When delivering, they will carry your new furniture into the room in your home. Please note that for safety reasons the guys must not take off the shoes during delivery. We therefore suggest you cover the floors with a dirt sheet. When necessary the guys will assemble your furniture and place it in the desired position for you (only for this task the team will bring their own tools and dirt sheet). Please note that in the event of a missed delivery, the driver will return the goods and the next delivery could have an additional cost.

 

You will be contacted 4-5 days before your new furniture is delivered to arrange a delivery time. On the day of delivery, the driver will call you approx. 30 to 60 minutes before arriving at the address. Please note that we do not ship to islands without a bridge to the mainland.

RETURN POLICY

You have up to 15 days to return a product.

 

Inside Studio manufactured handcrafted furnitures by order which mean that each pieces is made especially for you that is why we make sure the product meets all your expectations during the process of your order until the moment of delivery so our return policy is applied to manufacturing or assembly problems that cannot be fixed or corrected on site or in our workshop. Note that it is important to check your product well once it has been sent and placed before signing the "goods receiving form" at the time of delivery; from this moment you accept the satisfaction of the product and the 15 days begin. Before the deadline, you should inform us of this either by phone on +31 06 85500511 or mail to insidestudio.nl@gmail.com to evaluate the problem, find a solution and even then (if applicable) We will then send you a returns form

 

Our return policies do not apply to damage caused by malfunction or cleaning products that mistreat the surface or materials. If you are going to personalize your product, be sure to use professional products that will not damage the structure or finish of your furniture.
